Taste of Edinburgh Ticket Refund Information
Following the cancellation of Taste of Edinburgh due to bad weather on Saturday 7th and Sunday 8th July, all tickets purchased for these sessions are now being refunded. Please find below information of what will be happening and when.
TICKETS PURCHASED ON TASTE OF EDINBURGH WEBSITE OR VIA SEE TICKETS
If you purchased your tickets through the Taste of Edinburgh website or SEE Tickets, your ticket price and any pre-purchased crowns are now being refunded back onto your credit card or debit card. Please note that the refund for your Crowns may arrive separately from the refund for your tickets. Refunds were made on Monday 16th July, and the funds should clear in your account by Friday 20th July.
As per the SEE Tickets terms and conditions of booking, please note that booking and transaction fees, and any charity donations are not refundable.

All Crowns purchased with Saturday/Sunday tickets will be refunded as above.

TICKETS PURCHASED THROUGH 5PM.CO.UK
Tickets purchased through 5pm.co.uk have now been refunded and funds are expected to clear no later than Friday 20th July. If you have not received your refund by this date, please contact 5pm.co.uk using the enquiry form at 5pm.co.uk/contact-us.
TICKETS PURCHASED THROUGH ITISON
Tickets purchased through Itison have now been refunded and funds are expected to clear no later than Wednesday 18th July. If you have not received your refund by this date, please contact Itison by emailing email@example.com.
TICKETS PURCHASED THROUGH GROUPON
Tickets purchased through Groupon will be refunded by 30 July. Please contact Groupon on 020 3510 0444 if you have not received your refund by this date.
TICKETS PURCHASED THROUGH LIVING SOCIAL
Tickets purchased through Living Social will be refunded by Monday 16th July and funds will clear in 2-3 working days. If you have any further questions or your refund does not arrive, please call Living Social on 0800 014 8431.
If you purchased a Taste Recipe Book for £10 in addition to your ticket, your book will be posted out to you next week and should arrive by Thursday 26th July.
If your book was included free with your tickets, either with VIP tickets or in a special offer run through Groupon or Living Social, the full face value of your tickets will be refunded and your book will not be posted.

If you won your tickets through a media competition or promotion unfortunately no cash alternative will be provided.
